I’m a Myotherapist, certified meditation teacher, and educator with over 20 years of clinical experience at Elwood Osteopathy, working alongside a broad network of allied health professionals. Teaching has also been a core part of my career, including lecturing in massage programs at RMIT and Victoria University.
Alongside my clinical work, I teach meditation and collaborate with health professionals to explore empathic distress, practitioner burnout, and the impact of sustained care on both body and mind. I also integrate mindfulness into client care as part of a holistic treatment approach.
Over the years, I’ve explored a wide range of perspectives on the mind–body relationship, from Eastern philosophies to Western science.
I’ve been guided by professionals across meditation, psychology, and soft tissue therapy, and these influences have shaped how I work today: practical, evidence-informed, and grounded in real clinical experience.
Through MindBody Balance Education, I bring these threads together to help health professionals understand not just how to apply these approaches, but why they work.
I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I can help guide the questions that lead to deeper understanding.

“Back in 2016, during my studies at Victoria University, Daniela, our lecturer, introduced mindfulness as an essential aspect of clinical care. Studying with her again, I can see how much her research and expertise in the field of mindfulness has grown. This course is filled with the kind of knowledge every soft tissue therapist needs: current, clinically relevant, and backed by broad, credible research. It's so much more than just one course.”
“What a great course. Who would've thought meditation and mindfulness could be so relevant to clinical practice? It's opened my eyes to how powerful the practice and benefits are of both patient care and therapist well being.”
“Working in the soft tissue industry I've always been interested in the mind-body connection, and this course gave me a clear path forward. I was introduced to leading experts in the field and shown where to look for credible, evidence-based mindfulness programs. It's not just theory, it's a well researched and highly practical guide for therapists. What a gem!”
